Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Pathway to Legacy you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
We provide an online clarity, monetization, and execution platform including the Clarity Engine, courses, community, sponsorship marketplace, and affiliate program. Features may evolve.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation, refunds, and the 48-hour grace window are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, illegal activity, spam, scraping, or attempts to compromise platform security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for content you post.
7. Affiliate & sponsorship programs
Participation is subject to program rules published in the platform. Commissions and sponsorship placements may be revoked for fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Clarity Engine produces guidance, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior twelve (12) months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
