We collect information you provide directly — name, email, payment details processed by Stripe, content you submit (clarity readings, intake answers, posts, messages), and metadata about your interaction with the platform (logins, page visits, referral clicks).
2. How we use your information
To operate the Clarity Engine, process subscriptions, deliver reports and emails you request, run the affiliate and sponsorship programs, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session continuity. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with processors required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting, transactional email providers). We may disclose data when legally required.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing freeminds@pathwaytolegacy.com. Deletion will end your subscription.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, role-based access, and row-level security on the database. No system is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.
8. Children
The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the platform and reflected in the effective date.
