Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, simple, trust-oriented. Here's exactly how refunds, cancellations, and commissions work.
Summary
You can request a refund within 24 hours of an eligible purchase. You can cancel your subscription anytime before renewal — cancellation stops future billing while your access stays active through the end of the current billing cycle. Affiliate commissions finalize only after the 24-hour refund review window passes.
24-hour refund window
Eligible purchases — subscriptions, one-time products, courses, and consultations — qualify for a refund request within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests are reviewed and resolved within 1–2 business days. Because Legacy V1 includes AI-assisted and personalized features, eligibility may consider account activity and usage.
Cancel anytime — access stays active
You can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal from your Membership & Billing page. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal — it does not end access immediately. You keep full access through the end of your current billing cycle, then drop to the Free tier automatically. No proration, no surprise charges.
Affiliate commissions
Affiliate commissions are tracked immediately but enter a 7-day review/hold period after each successful purchase confirmation to protect against refunds, failed payments, disputes, or cancellations. After the 7-day window passes, commissions become eligible for payout approval. Payouts are currently processed manually on a scheduled cycle (weekly, Mondays). Customers retain a separate 24-hour refund window.
Payment grace period
If a recurring payment fails, premium access remains active for 48 hours while we attempt to recover payment. Your account shows Payment Grace Period during this window. If payment is not resolved, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free tier. Reactivating restores your previous level instantly.
