Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew automatically. Refund requests may be considered within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. After seven (7) days, cancellations are still permitted, but refunds are generally not provided.
How to cancel
- Sign in and visit your member dashboard.
- Press Manage Subscription.
- You'll be sent to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update payment, or download invoices at any time.
Payment grace period
If a recurring payment fails, premium access remains active for 48 hours while we attempt to recover payment. Your account shows Payment Grace Period during this window and an email is sent prompting you to update payment information. If payment is not resolved within 48 hours, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free Clarity Reading tier. Reactivating at any time restores your previous level instantly.
